I have been ordering with ink superstore and went to install black cartridge and my printer does not recognize it.



  • Are you able to see my past orders? Online it is say customer profiles are not linked and to open a new account.

    I can't find my last order email, it would have been in 2015 fall or 2016 early in the year....
