order wrong

  • i ordered a toner for my printer, i do not recognize it was wrong until i install it, can i return it back for a little refund, what is your policy for this problem?

    Thank you for contacting Shopper+ Family.
    You can return the unopened/untouched items back to us. We have to deduct 10% restocking fee from the refund for the returns.
    As you say, the cartridge already been opened, we can not accept to return for refund or replacement.
