How to distinguish between electronic and non electronic adapters ?

  • How to distinguish between electronic and non electronic adapters ?

  • I guess it's for the part in our guarantee for electric/non-electric adapters? Based on the policy:
Cables on PrimeCables have a lifetime warranty. This does not include adapters or any powered/electric cable related products.
The policy excludes all adapters, only allows non-electric cables.

Basically, an electric cable is one that you plug into the wall, or like an electric source to power the cable/adapter, such as the USB part of the item Cab-FL-1021-250-vga (which powers it), or basically, like any magsafe adapters, since you plug those in the wall to power it/the laptop. If the cable is used to plus into the wall/power source, it's an electric cable.

This excludes stuff like the Lightning cables, which we consider as a regular cable since it's not meant per say to be plugged in the wall, has more than 1 way to be plugged like for data.
