'Incorrect or Missing Cartridge Error' on the Lexmark X3530 printer



  • I got 'Incorrect or Missing Cartridge Error' on the Lexmark X3530 printer . can you help ?

    The correct cartridge for is : Lexmark # 31, Lexmark #32, Lexmark #33 and Lexmark #34 , please make sure you installed the correct cartridges first.

    If the cartridge is correct, please try the following instructions.

    Remove the print cartridge that is indicated and close the cartridge carrier lid.
    Close the scanner unit.
    Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet. Wait a few seconds.
    Reconnect the power cord to the electrical outlet.

    If the button is not lit, press it to activate.
    Reinsert the print cartridge and close the cartridge carrier lid.
    Close the scanner unit.
    If the error:
    • Does not reappear, the problem has been corrected.
    • Reappears, replace the print cartridge with a new one, close the cartridge carrier lid, and close the scanner unit.
