Canon 119 getting horizontal track marks
I'm getting horizontal toner track marks on ever print when install this new toner. Is it defective cartridge?

Please try the following instruction:
- Take out the cartridge from your printer first and turn off your printer for a minute.
- Clean the corona wire and clean the inside of the printer.
- Test with your old cartridge to see if the problem still occurs
If you are still having this problem, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
